Is this a brand new house? Looks like it. I'm so jealous. A basement??? So fun.
it was built in 2001. it was a bank owned home but is in great shape. it has a full unfinished basement. 3bd, 2bth, on an acre of land, and it was a great deal. it needs some flooring and appliances but we are excited. but i am very nervous about this responsibility!! home ownership.... i think i am officailly growing up:)
it is awesome..so did the bank approve your offer?? I want to see pic of the basement too and the land that. I am really jealous why can't homes be awesome here in SJ??? I swear you have to build here to get a good house.
